GEWI Exhibited at ITS World Congress

GEWI recently completed a very successful exhibition at ITS World Congress in Orlando, including a demonstration of Connected Vehicle technology in the Technology Showcase.

The Connected Vehicle demonstration showed the benefits of Local Hazard Warning (LHW) delivered directly to the vehicle to alert the driver of hazards on the roadway ahead.

The demonstration was extremely well attended by both conference visitors and media with virtually every available demonstration time slot reserved for the ride-along in the BMW demonstration vehicle.

GEWI also sponsored the “Passport to Innovation” and materials describing the LWH Technology Demonstration and TIC for iPad – Mobile Traffic Data entry were inserted into the materials received by every conference attendee.

All of this resulted in high volumes of traffic at both the indoor and outdoor GEWI booths where conference attendees were able to see the latest TIC product features, and discuss their project requirements.
