This standard provides a set of requirements for a Quality Management System (QMS). Compliance to this standard certifies that GEWI is managing processes effectively, free of errors and with strong process controls.
GEWI has developed their own QMS using new methods with continuous improvement of QMS practices. The GEWI corporations in North America and Asia also participate with the focus on absolute customer satisfaction.
Beyond customer satisfaction, GEWI is continually working to optimize internal processes to result in greater efficiency in workflow resulting in continued product excellence.
With 2012 marking GEWI’s 20th anniversary as a company and 15th year of the TIC product, it appears that the work involved to develop, maintain and support the QMS processes has been worthwhile not just for GEWI, but for our global customer base as well.
