On September 4th, 1992 in Stassfurt Germany, Hagen Geppert and Dr. Karl Will formed GEWI to create hardware and software to show traffic information on TV sets. Sony and Grundig were GEWI’s early clients along with the Automobile Association (AA) in the UK for which GEWI created TMC Office, the predecessor of what today is TIC.Read More
