GEWI to Speak on Social Media and Traffic Management at GRITS

GEWI will be wrapping up the 2016 conference season by exhibiting and speaking at the Gulf Region ITS (GRITS) annual meeting in Baton Rouge, Louisiana 14-16 November 2016.

GEWI North America CEO Jim O’Neill will be speaking in a social media session at 1:00pm on 15 November, 2016. “Social media and crowdsourced data are increasingly important in traffic management” commented O’Neill. “We will discuss the strengths of the various social media data types and the challenges of integrating this data into a traffic operations center” he continued.
