In 1997, GEWI launched TMC Office, which was the first version of what is today known at the TIC Software product.
Every week for the past 23 years, a new version of the software has been made available for testing. Then, on a quarterly basis, made available as a new release to GEWI customers.
Customers are not required to update to the latest version, but most choose to update in order to benefit from the latest changes.
Software changes can be requested by customers right from the TIC Software. The customer is then able to track the status of their change request through the entire process.
So far in 2020, the GEWI Product Development team has implemented 466 changes with over 100 more planned for the remainder of the year.
Customers licensed for these features enjoy the ability to use the updates at no additional cost.
Customer engagement and involvement in GEWI product development has resulted in a continuous product improvement process which has enabled the TIC Software product to be at the forefront of features and benefits for customers in 31 countries worldwide.
