The ITS Australia Summit 2024 held recently at the Sydney International Convention Centre and hosted by ITS Australia, drew over six hundred delegates and exhibitors from all Australian States and from the wider Australasian and SE Asian region. As part of its growing global presence, GEWI, a long term supporter of both ITS Australia and the event, once again exhibited its latest generation of TIC Mobility Solutions.

This years conference explored strategies for advancing smarter, safer, and more sustainable transportation through technology. As always, the multi-themed conference programme was packed with a broad selection of high-quality presentations supported by a over 40 global exhibitors. GEWI took the opportunity to show its latest generation of Mobility solutions.

One theme stood out for GEWI attendee and delegate Danny Woolard (GEWI’s Director of Business Development) was a high level of presentations around the topic of C-ITS and connected vehicle eco-systems. A number of States having been active on developing C-ITS programmes, demonstrations and trials and are now actively addressing the need for Federal harmonisation and deployment, this presents an ideal opportunity for GEWI to demonstrate how its solutions can form an important part of providing high quality incidents, planned works and driver information services.
